Come join us for a beginner-friendly, women-only event where we’ll have a pilates class on the beach and connect with like-minded women after the session with refreshing drinks in hand!

🕙 Time: 10:00 – ±12:00

📍 Location: Zuiderstrand, Strandslag 10 Den Haag. We'll meet at Strandpaviljoen De Staat.

🚃🚗 Transport: Easily accessible by bike & foot. Also accessible by public transport & car. Free parking available.

👜 What to bring: A pilates/yoga mat or beach towel (this is not included, so be sure to bring your own!), optionally a water bottle, and sunscreen & sunglasses if you'd like! 🤍

This event is perfect if you want to try something new in a laid-back, supportive setting . There is no need of previous pilates experience. Just bring good energy & a mat/towel, and we’ll take care of the rest!
