Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking a ticket to one of our events.
How to cancel & request a refund
To cancel your spot and request a refund, just send us an email at glowyourfocus@gmail.com with your full name and the event you booked.
Cancellations by Participants
- Up to 5 days before the event: Full refund available (excluding service and transaction costs).
- Between 5 and 3 days before the event: 50% refund (excluding service and transaction costs).
- Less than 72 hours before the event: No refund possible, as costs have already been incurred for your spot (e.g. space rental, materials, refreshments).
If you can no longer attend, you're always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend – just send us their name and contact info at least 24 hours before the event.
No-shows
No refunds for no-shows unless exceptional personal circumstances are communicated to us in advance.
Event Cancellations by Glow Your Focus
If we have to cancel or reschedule the event, you'll receive:
- A full refund or
- The option to transfer your ticket to a future event of your choice.
XCover Insurance
If you selected the optional refund protection via XCover at checkout (through Weeztix), you may be eligible for a refund through them in specific cases such as illness or injury with official documentation.
Please refer to your confirmation email and follow the instructions under the “This booking is protected” section to start a claim directly via XCover. Note: Refunds for personal reasons such as change of plans or travel are not covered by XCover.
Please Note – One Refund Policy Applies
If you purchased XCover refund protection at checkout, you’ll need to submit your refund request directly through XCover.
Once a claim has been submitted or processed with XCover, you are no longer eligible to request a refund through Glow Your Focus for the same event. We cannot issue double refunds.
